Processing Times
- All orders are printed on demand just for you
- Processing typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping
- You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (available at checkout)
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days after processing
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50
- Standard shipping: $4.99 for orders under $50
- Express shipping: $12.99
- International shipping rates calculated at checkout
Return Policy
We want you to love your Rebloom Home designs. If you're not completely satisfied, here's our return policy:
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
Return Process
- Email us at returns@rebloomhome.com with your order number
- We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions
- Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
If you'd prefer to exchange your item for a different design or size, please indicate this in your return email and specify which item you'd like instead.
Refunds
- Original payment method will be refunded
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
