What are your prints made of?

Our standard collection is printed on premium 189 g/m² museum-quality matte paper. The prints are framed in sustainable Ayous wood frames (.75" depth) with Acrylite front protection for UV resistance and clarity. Our premium pieces offer additional frame styles and optional conservation-grade matting.

What sizes are available?

Our standard framed prints come in three sizes: 16"×20", 18"×24", and 24"×36". Our premium pieces (No Rewinding Cassette Tape and Self Concept) offer larger format sizing and custom framing options.

Are the frames included?

Yes. Every print in our standard collection arrives framed and ready to hang with all mounting hardware included. You never need to buy a frame separately.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are produced within 3–7 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free shipping on every order, every time. No minimums and no discount codes needed.

Can I return my order?

Because our pieces are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you — no hassle. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

What's the difference between the standard and premium pieces?

Our standard collection ($90) comes in a sustainable Ayous wood frame with Acrylite protection in three sizes. Our premium pieces ($85–$280) offer custom frame styles (Hanover, Ashford), multiple finishes (gloss black, hot pink, white, gold), optional matting, and larger sizes.

How do I care for my print?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. The Acrylite front protection keeps your print safe from UV fading and dust. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve color vibrancy for years.
