Made-to-Order Products
Because every print is produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your size selection before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Please include a photo of the issue so we can resolve things quickly.
Wrong Size or Item
If we made an error with your order, we'll cover the cost of a replacement including shipping. Just reach out through our Contact page with your order number.
